Centre Building contains 3 residential areas situated adjacent to each other and is surrounded by green landscapes.

 

-		Each building has 4 floors plus a roof terrace
-		Each floor has 4 apartments
-		Apartments area vary from 60 m2 to 105 m2
-		Each apartment has its own privacy and sea view
		Behind the Centre building is a large private swimming pool

Courtyard Building
  

The Courtyard Block Apartments have an attractive terrace view with a private garden.

 

-		Properties are available in several dimensions with two level units to accommodate clients' needs with high privacy
-		Apartments are located over four floors (ground, first, second and third)
-		Apartments are available with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and roof terrace with pavilion
-		The apartments have views over green open spaces and a swimming pool

To make you feel at home and in a complete stress free environment we offer a complete range of services to ensure maximum comfort for all Al Dora residence. Everything is taken care of for you both when you are staying in the resort and when away. You will always find the resort and all facilities clean, green, and in complete working order. The following services are available for a small fee:

Garden Supervision
We take care of the garden, trees, and lawns all year round which includes supervision for gardens’ trimming.

Security Service
Rest assured that Al Dora Residence has 24/7 security, resort guards regularly patrol and man security entrances ensuring the whole area is constantly secure so that you can relax in the knowledge that your family, friends, and apartment are constantly being looked after.

Pest Control
The resort has its own trained staff and equipment to take care of unwanted pests such as mosquitoes and flies via pesticide distribution and pest control maintenance so that residents at Al Dora can enjoy there stay with minimum disturbance.

Street Maintenance
The streets, roads, lanes and landscapes have maintenance programs in place which include garbage collection.

Maintenance for Satellite networks

A large network maintenance program is implemented ensuring all residents and guests complete comfort in an environment that is equally like being at home or staying in a luxury hotel.

Electricity Network
including extra time for changing wires and lamps incorporated into the landscape.

Sanitation Network
including extra time for checking pumps and checking the sanitation effectiveness.

Satellite Network
The Satellite system is set up in all the units of Al Dora Residence, this service will include looking after and upgrading the network.

Internet Network
A quality internet connection network is available in the whole of Al Dora Residence; this service includes checking connections and upgrading the network.

Water Network
The resort has an excellent water supply to look after your every need.

Telephone Network
We provide Maintenance of the network to ensure a smooth connectivity.

Maintenance for the Swimming pools
The public pools have maintenance programs that include filtering, balancing the chlorine in the water and cleaning the pools.
